They highlighted the need for technology to address labour shortages, improve productivity and compete globally. Speakers also flagged quality issues in exports, weak infrastructure, slow decision-making, and the absence of a coherent national agricultural policy, urging closer collaboration between government, private sector and cooperatives.

On the occasion of the fourth anniversary of Rural Voice and Farmers' Day, the Rural Voice Agriculture Conclave and NACOF Awards 2024 was organized at the India Habitat Center, New Delhi, on December 23. The theme of the event was Building Institutions for Farmers. During the conclave, a farmer, a cooperative institution, a social institution, and a public institution excelling in agriculture and rural development were honoured. Uttarakhand's Education, Health, and Cooperative Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat presented the awards.

Prof Ramesh Chand, Member, NITI Aayog delivered keynote address and set the tone for the Conclave. Experts and panellists including Dr R S Sodhi, president of Indian Dairy Association and former MD Amul, Dr Harsh Kumar Bhanwala, Chairman MCX and former Chairman NABARD, Roshan Lal Tamak, ED and CEO, Sugar Business, DCM Shriram Limited, Dr Chandrapal Singh, Chairman KRIBHCO, Prakash Naiknavare, MD, NFCSFS Ltd, Dr DN Thakur, President, Sahakar Bharati, Sundeep Kumar Nayak, former MD, NCDC, Ajay Vir Jakhar, Chairman Bharat Krishak Samaj, Pravesh Sharma, Director, Samunnati Agro, VM Singh, Convenor RKMS, Dr Rajeev Ranjan, former Chief Secretary Tamil Nadu and many more shared their insightful views on the subjects of different sessions at the Conclave. Panel discussions were moderated by Harish Damodaran, Editor, Rural Affairs, Indian Express, Jayanta Roychowdhury, former Editor, east PTI and Harvir Singh, Editor-in-Chief, Rural Voice.

रूरल वॉयस की दूसरी वर्षगांठ पर 23 दिसंबर 2022 को नई दिल्ली के इंडिया हैबीटैट सेंटर में रूरल वॉयस एग्रीकल्चर कॉन्क्लेव एंड नेकॉफ अवार्ड्स 2022 का आयोजन किया गया। इस विडियो में दिनभर चले कार्यक्रम के कुछ चुनिंदा हिस्से हैं। कॉन्क्लेव में कृषि और ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था व इस क्षेत्र से संबंधित नीतिगत मुद्दों पर देश के प्रतिष्ठित नीति निर्धारकों, विशेषज्ञों और एक्सपर्ट्स द्वारा चार पैनल चर्चा आयोजित की गई। एक सत्र किसानों का हुआ और एक पुरस्कार समारोह हुआ जिसमें केंद्रीय मत्स्यपालन, पशुपालन और डेयरी राज्य मंत्री डॉ. संजीव कुमार बालियान ने पुरस्कार वितरित किये और इस सत्र को संबोधित किया। पैनल चर्चा में शामिल हुए एक्सपर्ट्स के उद्बोधन के विडियो भी इस विडियो के बाद चरणबद्ध तरीके से जारी किये जाएंगे।
